1.Do you have a secure server? Am I safe submitting my credit card information to you over the Internet?

Yes, you are safe submitting your credit card information over the Internet. Our websites are hosted by Pair Networks. Their servers are extensively tested against security exploits. All unnecessary services are disabled, all security patches are up-to-date, and servers are audited regularly for attempted break-ins. 2.What are your methods of payment?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram, and Bank Transfer, etc.

3.My credit card was declined, now what?

There are various reasons for a declined credit card transaction.
The most common reason being that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card statement. If so, please try again with the right billing address. While at the mean time, a simple typing mistake could also cause the transaction to be declined, including entering the wrong credit card number, wrong expiry date or CVN code (the security number on the back of your credit card).

4. Do you charge for shipping and sales tax? Do I need pay custom tax?

Yes, you need pay about $10-$19 as shipping fee, detail shipping fee according to your purchase quantity. There is never sales tax and customer tax required.

4.Why your website says my package was delivered, but I have not received anything yet?
It’s just an order status for us, it means your items have been shipped out, you will get your puma shoes in 5days.

Exchange

I received the package ,But I wish to change it for some other model, What are my options?
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Detail information please checks Shipping & Returns.
